Imperial upgrade vanished

Logged onto eso for the first time this morning. I bought crowns then bought the imperial upgrade. Logged on this after noon my toon I created was gone along with the imperial upgrade. Has this happened to anyone else?

You most likely logged in to the wrong megaserver. Check again if you selected either NA or EU on accident, depending on where you wanted to go
