318 Error

Yesterday I was hitting the 318 (Message spamming) Error, I understand that the issue is being looked into. What I've found is that if I turned off voice chat, both in group and world chat, I never experienced the issue since. Unfortunately, every time I load into a new area in the world I have to turn it off again.
Is there a way I can automatically keep world and group chat turned off?
