Falinesti Faithful - PS4 - Bugged Halalin

Doing the quest above at the Falinesti Spring Site in Greenshade, I've rescued two of them but Halalin is nowhere to be found at his quest marker. I get the prompt to examine him and that he's dead - but it does nothing, presumably because I can't see him... poor guy

I've relogged/restarted a few times and he's still not there

... Seems to have been a bigger issue for me - lost all NPCs - dead fella's back now.
If nothing else, I hope that my misery gave you all some amusement this morning.
