Where are my PC characters?

I transferred my account with the special deal from PC to PS4, but when I started the game my characters aren't there. Anyone else have this problem? Did I do something wrong?

palehorn74Soul Shrivendid you link your pc account to ps4 or start a new one i have yet to link account and i started a new account and my characters werent there ill try the close app thing thank you
