So ive linked me PC account with my GamerTag on my xbox one, But when i go to character selection the character is not present on either server. I pre-ordered this over a year ago and purchased the PC copy over a year ago, with the selling point that i can transfer my character to the xbox one version.

Could someone please help here.

    this is going to sound like a dumb question but for my sake i need to ask. you actually have something to transfer over right?

    Yes i do nothing great but something none the less. I have contacted support and they told me i had to apply before 9th of May 2015 to transfer my character, eb games didnt tell me this nor a simple email. So looks like im starting again.
