Legacy rewards on Console

Love the game. Been here since launch and happily re-bought it for console. However, due to moving and RL family emergency (very sick family member) I missed my 30 day transfer window. That's totally fine because i was planning on rerolling anyhow, BUT i feel like linking my account to console should at least unlock the legacy rewards such as the loyalty pets and tiger mount. I earned those rewards by being loyal since day 1, and feel like i'm REMAINING loyal by continuing to buy in and feel like, the rewards i've already unlocked on my account for loyalty, should be there for console as well.

    The loyalty program ended in March. If you didnt transfer those rewards over there is now no way to do it.

    shouldn't the rewards be tied to the account, that's now linked, though and not the actual character i failed to transfer over? I don't feel like i should miss out on my loyalty rewards on console because i missed a 30 day window over RL obligations

    You know, since they're not SELLING the things, I wouldn't see the harm in unlocking these in the collections menu for players who already have them.
    What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.

    I realize i missed the window to transfer my main, that's fine i accept that, but the loyalty rewards should at least be unlocked for console players like myself who earned them on PC. They are tied to the account I thought, and it wouldn't hurt anyone at all to give them to console players like myself who earned them already by being loyal customers from the beginning. Starting over isn't a big deal as i intended to anyway, but losing my loyalty rewards that were earned sucks a lot. I hope ZoE will rectify this and fix it for those of us, who've earned the rewards on PC, but failed to transfer in that brief time period.

    There is no delivery mechanism to give you the loyalty rewards. You either had them when you transferred or you are out of luck. How it should be and how it is are two different things.

    That's disappointing. I hope then, they allow paid transfers between platforms in the future. I'd gladly pay for the ability to transfer my main over with my legacy/loyalty rewards. I earned those rewards for being a loyal customer after all.
