To save on lag? I love that ESO is so beautiful,but if we had to take a bit of those frills out of the game to save on lag,it wouldnt make me mad.

    Grass is an option you can turn on and off manually in the settings.

    Other features like lighting/shadows options may impact your performance more than others, try playing with graphical options to get it right for your system.

    How would that reduce lag? Do you understand what lag is at all?

    We wondered the same thing when ZOS tried to reduce lag in Cyro by removing Torchbugs and Deer

    The game permits us to determine the detail we see.

    100% agree with the comments about simply adjusting your graphical settings in the options menu. If your rig can't handle the trees/shadows/textures etc, just lower those settings = problem solved. There's no reason to impede others who have Decent rigs from seeing the beauty of the world. It also has nothing to do with latency, your personal FPS.. sure but lag no.

    Yeah,I did that.Its with all the updates,the game lags more and more for me.I cant go out and just buy another graphics card everytime a new update arrives.I have a pretty good graphics card as it is.and the only game that lags badly for me is ESOTU. Before it was Unlimited,it wasnt bad at ll.

    Its absolutly not the same. bugs and deer position must be sent to all users - they all see a bug or a deer in the same position after all. Grass and all tha fluff is only handled by client side.
