If you already bought the horse it's in your collections. Just open and choose mount on whatever toon you are on. You don't need to (and can't) buy it an additional time anymore as there is no point.

Maybe you should have a look to your ESO Account here. When you bought the imperial edition, you should see it there in your account.

Otherwise you should open a ticket for the support, they can help you then.

    This^^^
Press 'U' and check mounts tab. I made the same mistake on a new alt after 1.6 landed. Did a support ticket, complained loudly. Then checked for mounts and saw I had it already. Wiped egg from face. :*

The mount included with the Imperial Edition is no longer bought at the Stablemaster. Instead, you will find it in the Collections window, along with Pets and Costumes. "Collections" is opened with U (default), and is the icon with a square, a circle and a triangle. You should have received notifications when you first logged in of which items were moved into Collections; anything in Collections is now account-wide, so you only need to buy any one thing once and it is available on all characters.

    Yes, that's true.
But it's a changing game, even if most whiners won't agree on that.

You now have a Collections menu. (Accessible per "U").
There are all your horses, costumes, etc. listed. You can then double-click one mount to have it activated on that character.

Some people had to make one trip to the stable before it would let them mount, as well. Since you've already done that, you should be able to select the Imperial skin and ride into the sunset.

A lot of things have changed in a year. Keep in mind that you also do not FEED your mounts anymore, you actually take LESSONS which improve your mount- thus your new 'skills' are per character, not per mount, the mounts are now just skins.

Ohh well last time i played i had 3 horses on my main. One for each (speed, stamina, capacity). I would feed 3 of them. So 750gold per day. So your saying that now we only need to level 1? You can no longer have one for each (speed, stam, capacity)?

Mounts are just skins now. You train each character's Riding Skill at the stablemaster and they all go up to 60. There are no longer any bonuses for different mounts. What you had already trained tho will transfer over so you won't be starting from scratch.

You can have one for each, but you'll be paying 3 times what you would normally need to with the changes in place.

It's easier and cheaper to pick one, then level the remaining stats on it and put the other two out to pasture/stud

I understood that since the crown store opened, mounts just appear in your collection (U) if you get them in a pack and that you don't have to actually go buy them now.
I don't comment here often but when I do, I get [snip]

Riding attributes are now per character, not mount, and you can train everything up to 60. So my main character has speed/stamina/inventory all maxed out and any mount he pulls from Collections is super fast, super tough, and can hold a ton of inventory. But my low level mule character has only maxed out inventory. Any mount he pulls from Collections can hold a ton of stuff, but is dirt slow and weak.

Basically, they did not want people to hesitate to buy mounts from the cash shop because they would have to spend time and gold training them. Now, once your character is trained, they can buy any mount and it will be just as powerful as their existing mounts.
