Well, i'm here. Where are the details?

I need to withdraw gold to buy inventory bags for my new character on PS4.

Note in the picture below it says the gold is withdrawn but it doesn't occur.

    Yes. I am in game right now. I can withdraw and deposit items but I receive this message when attempting to withdraw gold. Another playing complaining about it too. This kinda screws up my entire first-day plans. Need gold to form guild and get a kiosk, buy inventory slots, give gold to friends for mounts, etc.

    It would help if you'd give more information on the matter.

    *What happens when you try to withdraw gold?
    *Can you deposit gold fine?
    *What message are you getting when you try to withdraw gold?
    *Can you provide a few screenshots of your bank and any kind of errors you get? Or maybe a recording of what's happening when you try to withdraw?

    There are a lot of things that could be going on here, and with the limited info you've provided, it's hard to tell what the root problem could be.

    Got a 3rd player complaining lol. I hope this doesn't turn into another epic fail like PC launch bank bug that was deleting all our items and bank slot upgrade purchases for three weeks!

    Also the bank thing is weird...

    Tried at 10:36 PM EST and logging off and on did not resolve the issue. I returned to character select and tried the same character again but it did not work. I then switched to another character in Rawl'kha and the same message occurs.

    Yet that is clunkier than simply taking a quick cell phone shot and one-button uploading to imgur to attach to a quick forum post on here... so why would he? :)

    No I didn't i'll try that via options. If you mean the share button I physically disabled it along with the lightbar ;)

    It's good for clarity usually but yeah I'd agree. I wanted to show a buddy a screenshot I took in Destiny on my ps4, and the easiest thing to do was to sign in to twitter on my ps4, upload it there, go to my computer and log-in to twitter, save it, then delete the post on twitter... kind of a nightmare honestly.

    Restarting the PS4 resolved the issue.
