Can't invite people to group or take crown?

Anyone else have this bug? Tried disbanding the group and also relogging.
EDIT: This appears to be character specific. Can take crown on other characters, just not one specifically.

Also, try grouping and having someone else pass her/him the crown and see if that works at all. Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis0 -

TroggyTrog✭✭I'm having the same issue on just one of my characters. It started earlier this morning, and now I can't form groups or have the crown/lead for the group passed to my character. Guess I'll be receiving a support ticket as well? Zenimax this game is very buggy, I do hope it gets a good polish soon. It needs it big time.0 -

Hello,
I did not obtain answer with my ingame ticket.
I opened a second ticket through the mail form. I had an immediate answer requesting to test several things (remove addons variables, remove game settings …etc…).
As none of them worked, I made a reply to the mail and the answer is (translated) :
"It's a known problem, our engineers are currently working to solve it. We are sorry for the inconvenience, and be sure that they go as fast as possible to troubleshoot the issue."
So we have to be patient...

Thanks for the info. Elder "Soon" Online seems to be something I've learned to get used to with ZOS. They are very slow. Very, very slow. I will try to be patient. Sigh.

TitanwonderfullSoul ShrivenThis happened to me, had a fraudulent key imperial edition, game was revoked bought the standard edition from steam now my imperial cant invite to groups or be leader and my xp is nerfed. New characters seem to work fine, but seeing as they were suppose to downgrade my account and it didn't i really don't want to level another character just to have it screwed. Sent in multiple tickets and what i was told is a patch should be coming and it "might" fix it and if not to resend a ticket. Can i just have my account fully wiped and reset? If so id rather just start all over.0

I can't invite friends to group (says group invite declined, even though my friends accept) I can't be promoted

Shoegarshack✭✭Did you get a fix on this issue?
I am having a similar issue now for the last 3 days. The same time the new DLC launched for console. Whenever someone asks me to trade or to group they get an error saying 'unable to communicate with this player.' Its extremely disappointing to sit back while everyone runs the new content and I am unable to join a group for anything. 3 days now and no fix......
