Buggy Eyes in Character Stats View?

Hello all,
Here to report a /bug that has been happening for quite some time now. My Khajiit Nightblade Vampire's eyes keep "twitching" while I am at the Character stats window. It doesn't happen without a weapon equipped, but as soon as I equip a weapon (video shows with my DW and Bow) my eyes go all crazy.
I uploaded a cropped video to try and highlight the bug but the quality is not where I would have hoped. I am uploading the full captured video for a better view as I type this and will edit in the link when available.

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭Yeah this has been reported for some time. Any of my characters that use DW, 2H or s/shield do that as soon as I equip a weapon. Haven't seen it happen with staffs. Four of my characters are WWs and one is a vamp. Happens to all of them.0
