Something very characteristic of the whole Elder Scrolls games is the beautiful music as well, along with graphics and art-work in general, imo :) i'm sure though many agree... Me personally, I have been missing the lovely music from Oblivion and Skyrim especially.

So i just wanted to make a suggestion first, because it's the only thing I knew how to do, but i have seen that there is the possibility to make nice polls too and they are quite fun^^

The poll-question I'd like to make is:

Would you like to have all beautiful soundtracks from previous ES games implemented and selectable via Options-Menu in ESO too?

    I play the Morrowind stuff on Youtube anyway.

    And while I'm at it, somebody hire Malukah to re-write or re-mix a lot of the in-game "bardic" songs because ... they could use a little help.
    Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
    Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
    Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
    Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

    Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
    House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
    Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

    But if they wanted (or could afford) a Jeremy Soule score they would have had one. The previous games are almost certainly unavailable officially. I have them all in iTunes and listen when and where I want to. (ps: I bought them with real money).

    There are already tracks in the game that I recognize from Oblivion, they could probably add a few more like it.

    It'd be cool to hear some remastered Daggerfall tracks while wandering through the Illiac region. Probably never going to happen, but it'd be cool.

    If you pay attention to the music in game they have actually done a fantastic job of remixing the classic tracks i.e in Morrowind it plays similar music to what we heard in Morrowind also throughout the entire game world we get Oblivion-esq tracks... I think that music is wonnerful and true to the series.

    As MUCH as I love the soundtracks of the previous Elder Scrolls games (I adore Jeremy Soule!), I voted for "No".

    I had this thought coming up when I started in beta, too. But now I think that the ESO soundtrack fits best to ESO. The other soundtracks should stay in their respective game.
    Reason: they belong to these games, not to ESO; they all have a totally different feel. Morrowind only feels like Morrowind with its own music, the same goes for the other ES games.

    Morrowind sounds and feels eerie; Oblivion has something eerie about it as well, but in a very different way; and Skyrim.. it's life, it's freedom, it's battle, it's creepy and dreamy, it's everything that touches your senses, it's incredible.

    Personally, I wouldn't want to run these games' music in ESO, to not destroy their meaning and memories.

    several of the songs ARE in the game. You can here several songs from Oblivion playing on the Altmeri Dominion side, for example.

    Or you could simply download or search for the desired game tracks and listen to it as you play.

    I was playing in Morrowind all last week. I would so love a remaster so I could get lost and levitate to try and find my way over a graphically modern, eerie, strange Vardenfell.

    My buddy doesn't like her either, but we are the only two people I know, too ..
    Honestly, everytime they play her music before ESO live starts I have to mute the stream, it's that bad.

    You can make a Jeremy Soule channel with Spotify and Pandora. Sometimes the transitions are so subtle that it doesn't seem out of place when the Assassin's Creed score plays while you're in ESO.
