Aldmeri Vice (NA AD PvP) - Looking for a few good players

Aldmeri Vice is a small group of 10 guys that come from a larger multi game community known as Crossfleet. In most other games, Star Trek Online being our origin, we are known as Vice Squad.

We are a beta guild, and have been playing since launch. We currently have 15 active members, and strive for quality over quantity. Some of our original members are inactive, and we are looking to fill in those gaps with quality and dedicated players that can bring the fight.

Ideally we are looking to expand to a 12 man squad when we run as a unit (2-3 times per week, some of our members have commitments to other guilds). We need Sorcs and Healers mostly, but any competent and knowledgeable player is encouraged to try out.

A few things to know.

1. We are an elitist group, not about ego but about ability. We understand not everyone takes PvP gameplay as seriously as others do, and if you aren't a hardcore style player this is probably not the guild for you.
2. We require voice comms (Teamspeak 3) and a working mic. Sorry, you cant just listen, we need open comms at all times because of the small nature of our groups. Therefore the ability to use comms and speak fluent english is a must. Accents are fine, many of our players are european and speak english as s second language, but they are fluent and clear.
3. We PvP and PvP only as a Vice group. Occasionally we might do a dungeon, trial, or other PvE content specifically to get a piece of gear or a passive unlocked for our PvP characters. We are not in any way a PvE centric guild and should not be expected of us at any time. That being said, some of us do enjoy doing other content on occasion, but that should not be your reason to join.
4. You must have at least one Vet 14 character (or for a returning player v10-12 may be acceptable) in the Aldmeri Dominion faction that you can play with us. Other factions are permitted, and you are not required to only be in AD (I myself play all three factions), but in Vice we run AD.
5. If you are a cheater, hacker, botter, or anyone of the type that exploits or otherwise bends/breaks TOS and the like, we don't want you. We only want legitimately good and skilled players on our team.
6. You must be able to provide for yourself (food, gear, soulgems, siege equipment, etc) as we are not a charity. Some of us can help with crafted sets but you must provide the mats. We also discuss builds and keep no secrets about good synergies and the like. Share and share alike, it makes us stronger, but we dont share gear/accounts/material things. Bring your own tools, so to speak.
7. Interfactional drama is not a concern to me. However, there is a zero tolerance policy in Vice itself. We are brothers (and sisters). We never dump our trash on each other (might rib each other in good nature), but there is NO BS in this guild between the members. Check your baggage at the door or gkick. No second chances. Most of our core group has played together for nearly three years, we have fun, we dont deal with personal beefs with other guilds or players. End of. This also includes sexual harassment as we have a few female members. Treat them like any of the guys and youre just fine.

I know, we sound pretty exclusive, and thats the point. We only want serious hardcore players in our group. We each have a job and role to play, and the weakest link must be as strong as he can be, or we all fail. Membership is by trial, you will have to run with us to get in with us. Once you see how we operate, and we have gotten a feel of how you play, youll be offered membership. This could be one time playing with us, or it might take a few times to really gauge how you do. Im not saying we are the best of the best either, but you need to at least be at our level or willing to make a step up to it. We arent a training guild, we are a doing guild.
