I don't see anything wrong with the forums polls other than the fact that we only see a small population of votes. According to the forums and social media, there seems to be a large disconnect on where to find information and how to stay informed.
IF only, ZOS would setup an ingame poll based on any topic, change, development, offer, update or info that they found beneficial and posted results in the forums section as well as showing the results on Twtich Live I think it would provide a better idea of what players think, want and hope for. It may also drive more awareness for offers, changes and updates.
-Logic:
This would be like a mini-game where an account could once everything two weeks gain some ingame bonus (only to encourage participation)
problems
-It may not be accurate as sometimes rewarding participation drives bad data
hopes
-We would see a much larger participation base and maybe even use this system to also award the Twitch Live give-aways ingame not just the mailed out items for viewers.
*In the end from the constant pour of feedback, complaints, misunderstandings, frequent posts on the same topics and in efforts to pull the community together in better ways.
Thoughts?
