IF only Zenimax did a poll every two weeks ingame (better communication, offers, changes, deadlines)

I don't see anything wrong with the forums polls other than the fact that we only see a small population of votes. According to the forums and social media, there seems to be a large disconnect on where to find information and how to stay informed.

IF only, ZOS would setup an ingame poll based on any topic, change, development, offer, update or info that they found beneficial and posted results in the forums section as well as showing the results on Twtich Live I think it would provide a better idea of what players think, want and hope for. It may also drive more awareness for offers, changes and updates.

-Logic:
This would be like a mini-game where an account could once everything two weeks gain some ingame bonus (only to encourage participation)

problems
-It may not be accurate as sometimes rewarding participation drives bad data

hopes
-We would see a much larger participation base and maybe even use this system to also award the Twitch Live give-aways ingame not just the mailed out items for viewers.

*In the end from the constant pour of feedback, complaints, misunderstandings, frequent posts on the same topics and in efforts to pull the community together in better ways.

Thoughts?

I Would Do It This Way

Better way not to flame the in game peeps is to offer 500 crowns to complete a survey via email.
This survey would include multiple polls and etc and each one required 15 seconds atleast between each one.
To receive the crowns you have a total of 25 days to finish it if you wish to join in.

This would both entice people and force them to wade through the polls making it harder to skip.

    I support your idea.

Are you transferring to Xbox One? I remember your name from somewhere. I am concern we may have a low population. What faction are you playing?

but the issue is ppl dont check email or the website. They just play and expect to see info in the game.
Even excluding the launcher. Just trying to think outside of the box for ZOS and help out ppl who are having negative experiences for missing offers and info, etc.

Whether or not they actually check their email/the website shouldn't be considered in this proposal. They aren't being served. :p

Like the idea of giving crowns for completing a quarterly survey or something. But by God, they better not contact me in-game. That's the one place I don't want to see any shenanigans commence.

Well, I like this idea. I don't think ZOS would be entirely upfront with results though because then it just strengthens the case they don't listen to the players. Allowing forum polls instead of in game at leasts gives the illusion someone might be listening....while still allowing them to claim its only a "sample" of the player base.

In game polls.... say 90% of players stating they were unhappy with the current guild trader set up. If ZOS showed results that 90% hated it....and did nothing to change it, would just make them look worse.

I still like the idea though
If options weren't necessary, and everyone played the same way, no one would use addons. Fix the UI!

Or they would pay for positive reviews which pretty much all companies/products currently do.

be nice maybe small crowns like 100 or so or a little item or something or a special potion or even a vanity pet i would like this idea very much and people could say what they really want and it make a difference

don't get mad at my spelling, autocorrect doesn't cover fantasy.
Why couldn't the Khajiit go to the party? She had to be Elsweyr.
