Khajiit racial passive "Carnage" - Does it increase crit for heavy attacks on staves?

Carnage - Increases your Weapon Critical rating by 2%.
Weapon Critical in character sheet is described as physical attacks. Do heavy attacks from a staff count as physical? They're neither stamina nor magicka, they're just a basic attack.

Ranique✭✭✭✭afaik, the basic attacks from a staff do scale off from spellpower, spell critical and magica. All other weapons basic attacks scale of from physical, weapon critical and stamina. so Carnage does nothing for staffs.
Also,
I've got no problem with expressing yourself with colours, but this type of pink on white is very hard to read. The type of pink in your signature is much better with a white background.Edited by Ranique on May 23, 2015 6:09PMThrough me you pass into the city of woe:

The pink might be easy for you to read, but on the light grey background it is very hard to read for the general populous. I had to highlight all your comments to create enough contrast for me to read your post. Maybe you didn't catch the "professional graphic designer" part.
My monitor's brightness is not the issue (lol?). That's just a terrible choice of color to be using on the forum background for readability.
It's not unreadable, but it causes unnecessary eye strain. Do what you want, but you can stop pretending that the problem is everybody else's eyes / monitors / etc.0 -
