Werewolf One on One PVP Viable

I roam Cyrodiil solo hoping to find one on one fights. Is werewolf for one on one and small group PVP fights viable? Where can I get the gear that reduces the werewolf ultimate costs? Any other gear, i.e. rings that I should get. I am a Bosmer Nightblade.

In Cyrodiil? You'd either need to have the leader morph, or have someone grouped near you with it so that you can keep the fight going. Even then, unless one of you just gets ran over, the you'd most likely run out of time before either one of you died.Characters:RAGE
