Ok, so in all the quests in ESO that require you to do something ion an area or collect some things in an area ore highlighted in a white circle that turns blue when you have that quest selected. So why are almost ALL of these things bugged. If a quest is selected then the outline stays white and the resolution on some of them... Wow, it's like they're circles made in Minecraft or something they look so awful.
Please, this game has so many small issues that NEED to be resolved before console launch because all these small little bugs or lazy game design adds up to take away form the overall experience. Will any of this ever be fixed?

✭The only bugged thing about the circles I found yesterday (I'm playing since beta btw), when I was searching a HUGE circle area for an NPC and he was not there. I checked every single inch, no NPC, so I couldn't finish the quest. Two other characters of mine have done this quest already and had no problem finding him.
