FIX NPCs and objects not showing

Daggerfall banker...
DOESNT show sometimes.
Went through 3 different charcaters moving stuff around...
EACH time I logged into a different character I had to LOGOUT immediately due to the banker not showing and logging back in.
ON EACH character. HIGHLY annoying.
Daggerfall woodworking station ALSO does not show especially when you come from the shadow refuge.
I have to run out to a different zone and run back.
ON EACH CHARACTER
AGAIN HIGHLY ANNOYING.
Yes I'm SMASHING these keys because this game is annoying me on another level today, and these bugs.... STILL HAVENT BEEN FIXED.
