✭@Dragnelus, as you mentioned, it is working fine. I hope someone at ZOS updates the ESO Wiki with all the recent changes on things as these changes to Ultimate wasn't listed there. It would be nice if things were up to date.
The ultimate nerf for Power Overload was put in place many patches ago. It hasn't generated ultimate for me since then.
Are the people who are suddenly noticing a change using the Energy Overload morph or something? Either way light attacks from overload don't need to generate ultimate, it's easy enough to keep your ultimate generation going by blocking or just toggling off and hitting your target with a light attack. Shooting star is nowhere close to being as effective as overload.
Both light and heavy attacks worked fine for me last night when testing on my Templar. Not sure about Sorcerers, my wife hasn't said her Ultimate isn't generating in a long time.NA Server - Kildair
