For console transfers, the deadline was May 9th for paid transfers. When are developers making copies of the PC characters?
It's rather important to know so that we don't grind pointlessly because they made the cut on May 10th, for example.

Or you mean when you can borrow bajillions of gold to be ready for the xfer?
They said they'd give some advance notice, but my guess is they won't be super specific about it to make it more difficult to abuse the copy. You can make your lvl 15 char over the next couple days and be fine.

@ZOS_GinaBruno So as I'm not doing it, what's the deal with those that "may" have temporarily borrowed, with colleagues permission, money from the guild bank? Is it likely to be capped on what you can transfer?

Why would anyone care how much gold someone takes with them. Just more people to buy your stuff.
^^ Pretty Much. IT also means they will stock pile a shed load of key items - or should be doing.
The interesting thing is, is whether people will go for long or short term strategies. Long term, you're getting as many of the specialised v14 outfits ready for when people get to that level. Prob. a selection of Warlock & Storm Knight for multi vet grades - so you have their needs required without them having to grind. Short term the lower levels and the ability to craft items that people can de-construct for traits in training.
Don't forget, you have potentially 100'000's of new players, all entering the game, starting from 0g 0xp etc. Then you have the accounts being moved across who are all going to be trying to corner the EU/NA market ASAP.
Would be interesting to see.

You also have the maxed VR14's who will be wrecking PVP.
