I go there for farming flowers, but every 5 minutes I get a massive crash, so I have to reboot my computer.

Have you gone back to Tamriel to see if it continues to happen there.
It would be pretty great if this were like a meta-experience and the crashing is part of the game but we all know that isn't the case.What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.
