Special Characters In Cyrodiil

I can honestly say the most peculiar and outright funny characters in ESO is in Cyrodiil. Just in the past 24 hours while looking for delves to grind in, I ran into a Khajiit north of Farragut whom when you talk to her, she gets angry when you tell her that her painting is blank and then exclaims "I bet you think I'm drunk! I bet you're right".

Also, just now, I came across a hut with a necromancer north/ northwest of Drakelowe Keep who is having a "party" and when you point out that the other guests are all dead he says "no, no, no. They're just shy at first"

There's a cabin at the lake close to the daggerfall border. Inside is a Nord, who keeps trying to work up the courage to swim in the lake. There's multiple scenes of him trying to work himself up to it and him going outside and stretching near the house. Finally, he walks up to the lake and freaks out, then runs back inside, where his wife berates him.

Did I mention he's in his underwear this whole time?

OH! FOrgot to mention the sanguine party you can come across randomly. That's cool too.
And the knights of the nine place is cool to visit if you played that oblivion dlc.

I love cyrodiil, it's very open and reminds me of playing sinpleplayer ES games.

Yes, his former profession coupled with his new found hobby made for quite a combo. I recall upsetting him, though.

There is another scenario between Aleswell and Bleakers involving another Naked individual waiting to meet his demise. It's at the top of a hill and in reference to a fumbled love-triangle...
