YOU'RE ELIGIBLE FOR ACCOUNT TRANSFER FOR CONSOLE! NOT ABLE TO PURCHASE?

steven_shidiwenb16_ESO
"Greetings,

You are eligible for The Elder Scrolls® Online: Tamriel Unlimited™ for Console with account copy. You will find it on sale for pre-purchase for £ 12.99 at account.elderscrollsonline.com/store when logged in using your eligible The Elder Scrolls Online account on April 9, 2015"

Basically the deal has it expired on the store for me it seems. Even though in my time zone 30 days has not passed. It is currently May 9th (still on Day 30). I was logging on to make the purchase just now as i JUST found out about the email and was excited to have ESO on my console with my existing characters. I feel as if i deserve to purchase this as i was an original Closed beta tester, Open beta tester and 7 day early access player after purchasing the digital collectors edition. I would greatly appreciate it if there is some way i could purchase this seeing as i am probably just a few hours shy of purchasing it probably due to time zone differences.

"Players who purchased the PC/Mac game either from The Elder Scrolls Online PC/Mac Store or from a retailer and activated their game code by 6/30/14 (11:59pm UTC) are currently able to purchase the console transfer (for $20.00 USD or €14,99 Euro or £12.99 GBP) between April 9, 2015 and May 9, 2015 and enjoy the full Tamriel experience on console."

IT IS STILL MAY 9TH 2015. WHERE IS MY ABILITY TO PURCHASE THIS?!

Thank you.

Shidiwen.

This happened to me also, went to purchase today and it dissapeared
  • steven_shidiwenb16_ESO
I have faith that they will do the right thing and allow those of us who were a few hours late from time zone differences or otherwise an option to purchase this. Seeing as in our own time zones it was still May 9, 2015.

Well 1 reason is that i am a college student, and had to wait for payments. They get sent on the Friday but sometimes take untill saturday to process into my account.

I am sure others have similar issues.

When an offer ends on 5/9 it is to be understood in terms of the companies operating hours.
In this case it applies to an approx time of any hour after 5/8 11:59 pm so somewhere around morning of 5/9 the date 5/8 ended elsewhere....ends on 5/9 doesn't mean the end of business 5/9

This is not right. If an offer ends on the 9th, the 9th is the last day you can get it.

Just like a store flyer says "Prices from 05/03 - 05/09" the new flyer comes out on the 10th.

Just like when your taxes are due on April 15th, you don't have to postmark them on the 14th.

Just like when you get a 1 day rental car on the 2nd, it's not due back until the 3rd.

Just like when your credit card expires on 05/2015 you can use it all the way up until 05/31/2015.

It's right. It began 4/9 early morning and ended 5/9 early morning

Technically based on my timeline it was approx 8-10am on 4/9 and ended 8-10am on 5/9

They really should put TIME OF DAY in all things like this, anyway. To avoid misinterpretation. The word "between" is not specific enough. I am not sure if they don't get that what they say is not precise, or whether that is as precise as they can get because they don't know.

Why? We knew it was coming for months and then had 30 days...the time is irrelevant if you're doing it, you buy it.
