A+ Class - Main quest line progression blocker - Gods Save The King

So, by running this quest in a logical manner I am unable to pass the game state where the user is supposed to interact with the shrines , I cannot use the Fox, Wolf or Bear shrines, I have abandoned the quest line, restarted it and it has not resolved the issue.
For a title going through format quality assurance this would probably result in an MF. How can you publish on XBOX ONE or PS4 with bugs like these still present in your title? I submitted a support ticket yesterday and got no response, I logged in again today and I am still stuck.
I do not get allot of time to play this with my friend, please resolve this issue.

Soarin'✭✭This bug also seems to effect "The siege of cradelcrush" quest chain, The giant is unable to move me inside the fort after I interact with it.
Guess this is a gamewide issue for my character and the game manager being unable to teleport me between locations through scripted events?0
