How do you attain the 12-month loyalty Senche mount now?

So I guess subscribers of this game for 12-months received a tiger Senche mount as a loyalty reward. Is it still possible to get this mount via the Plus subscription? Or will we see it again in the Crown Store?

✭It won't be seen again, it'll be re-skinned to try to hide the fact ZOS have again gone back on their word like they did with the beta monkey, the Explorer's Pack perks and others.
