Tried to buy the Fox pet and the new Costumes in-game but it opened a web browser.
Then I couldn't find the items in the store, only crown packs.

Deheart✭✭✭For me, once when I was trying to buy my cheetah mount, it didn't take any clicks due to what I think was lag. I was still connected and could play, but my latency was very high. I had to reset my modem and the store responded to my clicks after that. Of course, it could have been that I needed to restart my client, but either way it was fixed by restarting something.As a casual player I was satisfied that at one point I had a char max level and near max crafting with almost all motifs and I pretty much lost interest. Then ESO discovered DLC's and now my main is just a wanabe and I am happily pulled back into the game. -

I went to crown store IN GAME
saw the new costumes
i clicked it IN GAME
a box opened up - "clicking this will take you out of game".
I click it, Firefox opens, I log on to the elders website, go to store, and only see crown packs.
When I've bought costumes and pets before INGAME, it's all done INGAME.
