Bought the PS4 upgrade using paypal, got receipt from paypay for purchase but my eso acct dsnt show?
So I bought the $20 offer to for ESO for my ps4 using paypal today. I got a confirmation email from paypal that the $20 was sent to Zenimax. It then tried to redirect me back to the ESO account page but it never loaded. So I have the confirmation email, but I dont see anywhere on my ESO account page that i've purchased it, just the option to buy it again. Any ideas how this works?

I put in a ticket, but the email of the purchase from paypal even has the order# which matches the format all my previous transactions on my ESO account have. Does it take some time when you buy this through paypal before you see the transaction show?

Log out, log back into the account page and check.

yeah I bought this earlier this afternoon. logged into my account again tonight and nothing showing. -

Do you have the email? If so create a ticket if you don't have the email...do you have more than one TES log-ins ?
For example my Account log-in is completely different from my forum log-in but I played beta under two different accounts and choose one to keep but the other still exists
Just brainstorming. I'm sure you've tried all of that.
