ZOS, do you plan a console to PC transfer service?

I'm going to buy an xbox one and transfer my account just to play with some friends. If they quit playing, i'll be stuck on a platform I do not like. Will you ever be offering a console to PC transfer service? I'd gladly pay the full retail game's price to transfer my account if I end up wishing to transfer back to PC.
End the tedious inventory management game.

You will still have all your characters on pc, so if your friends quit you can just go back. The transfer is just a copy, but after the copy progressing between two platforms will not be shared.
Kazari-Dar, Khajiit Nightblade..........Jarkyr Storm-Blade, Nord Sorcerer .......... Dunric Amedain, Breton Templar

Araniwen, Altmer Sorcerer..................Llirasa Andralu, Dunmer Templar...................Marzug gro-Borgaz, Orc Warden

Calinchel, Bosmer Warden...................Jahrel-Xei, Argonian Nightblade....................Cienri Maraeud, Breton Sorcerer

Inara Savicci, Imperial Templar...................Garoric Attilus, Imperial Dragonknight............ Maevina Tallian, Imperial Nightblade

    Ravanni-Ko, Khajiit Dragonknight..........Faevyn Ice-Heart, Nord Warden..........Nazran al-Taneth, Redguard Dragonknight

I'm aware of that. That is the problem. If I play on xbox for a few months and then return to PC I would lose all that progress, which is unacceptable.

This has been a very good perspective because they require we link the two accounts to transfer but seemingly won't allow ppl to "sub" for a constant PC to console and console to PC syncing of all character progress.

Just saying that ESO plus isn't really valuable for $15/month BuT this is way more valuable ans by definition is ESO "Plus"

because that would likely require consent with both sony and Microsoft.

I think the same. I go to console for a month probably, just for the sake of variety, but I'd love to come to back to PC when I want.

Oh definitely but when they announced offering it if you buy on PC last year... A lot of us asked for clarification.
A year later we find out the limitations but all while reasonable as I didn't expect otherwise, before March 2015 told us it was a copy vs transfer it would've been nice to go back to both companies as many asked those questions for months.
