When ESO first came out I was about as excited as a 5 year old on Christmas eve. Even with a ton of launch problems, I still quite enjoyed my time. That didn't last, as I succumbed to a lovely bug in Coldharbour which prevented me from finishing the main quest line. After nearly two weeks of playing pvp (less and less), being stuck at VR1, I finally got sick of it and stopped playing. This was a humongous disappointment.

Well, I’m sure you can guess what I am going to say, I’m back! I downloaded it again, and have finally finished the game and am moving through the next set of pact quest lines. I have to say I missed this game greatly. What’s more, the game is significantly better!

I can rob and kill people. I am not getting kicked left and right. No quest bugs yet. The game literally seems to load better. But the best part, you don’t have to pay!!! This takes the pressure “to play” away from my gaming experience, the way an evening of relaxation should be spent.

I could get into why Zeni should have never made a p2p, and instead released a b2p, there’s no point though. All they need now is an improved crown store, and they’re set. I love in-store games when they really impact my gameplay. Not unfair advantages for those who play. Super sweet skins, xp boosts (not gold), etc. For instance I have spent $105 on LOL characters and skins. I do not ever regret spending it as every time it made my day of play tons of fun. Too bad that game is too competitive, as I suck now.

I foresee at least a month of play in my ESO future, maybe more. As I explore I hope to see more little differences, and am excited to hop into pvp again soon.
