ESO PC to Console transfer clarification

So i got the email a few days back saying that the service was available, but for only 30 days. Does that mean 30 days from the day I received that email or 30 days after the console version is released?

May 9th is the last day you can buy it, 30 days from console release, 30 days after the email was sent on April 9th.

Thanks for the clarification. But idk if it'd be to short notice, but say they push is back again, then what?
