PC/Mac players have grievances and need assurance

It's not that we don't like this game, we love this game and we keep hoping that ZOS will get things together and turn ESO into a GREAT game. PC/Mac players are going through frustrating times right now because of performance issues in PvE and PvP, lag, bugs that still haven't been fixed and lack of content.
Here's a list of things we need to know sooner rather than later:
- What is being done to reduce lag in game? Why is lag occuring in the first place?
- Will equal attention be focused on PC/Mac and consoles from a Dev perspective?
- Will bugs/glitches on the PC/Mac version be fixed for the console release and if so will these fixes be mirrored on the PC/Mac platform?
- Can players get a road ahead update more often? Right now PC/Mac players are feeling like their being hung out to dry
