Keen Eye not working correctly?

Has any one else noticed that Keen Eye is not working correctly? I have it maxed out and I am finding it is only working half the time. One harvesting node will have the glow to it, and the next one won't. This started happening in patch 2.03 and seems to be getting worse with more nodes not glowing like they are suppose to.
Far too many characters to list any more.
