Extreme lag - Keep door, mount, skills, ...

As usually Alliance War is lagging again.
This affects different interactions as mount/unmount, Opening Door, unable to use skills, ...
Is anyone able to bypass for example this door issue? Pressing E to open a door makes the door sound as it should open but don't get out of the Keep. Can repeat this action for 10x without result.
Skills are not able to use
When a group is bombing us I can easily stand IN all the explosions and don't get even 1hit... (in fact good, but isn't correct;) )
When I killed a person I should be directly out of combat, which isn't, it has sometimes a delay of 30seconds.
