Don't lie; this is what everyone (including you, person reading this) wants.
What I'd like to know, is why do the khajiit have those cycling shorts - why not small briefs like most of the others?
That; and what I'd like to know as well is.. how do Khajiit and Argonians (theoretically) get dressed in the first place? First the tail where they have to hold the pants half a mile away to get the tip in, and then the rest? Or are there (theoretically) some kind of buttons around that area?^^

The female bosom is another matter, breast nudity like Age of Conan did is actually close to historical accuracy for much of history, though if the PTB prefer to keep to modesty despite the new mature rating some linen bindings would work just as well - as long as its looks fit the setting, and don't make people think of modern underwear.
Changeable underwear would be possible, with an "default" texture so people can't go entirely immodest, and likely alternate textures to use purchasable in the crown store... But even nords waking up with their clothes misplaced after a night of heavy drinking seem able to hold onto their underwear, so I don't think we ever need to fear seeing people entirely in their birthday suit... (on that note - if -would- be fun if the guards started arresting people who went around in town in their underwear for "streaking"...)
As for the "Ken" effect... well... I suppose its a small thing (no pun intended). Though it does remind me how they added a slider for the "bulge" in Saint's Row III... (of course, IF they did this here, they likely would make it an crown unlockOf course, now I am also reminded how Age of Conan has an cashstore option for breast embiggerment past what the sliders usually allowed... I suppose if it sells...)
