Best Tank AoE Build Class + Race?

Can anyone tell us what's the best tank AoE build class + race?

But what spells for AoE? the Templar have puncturing strikes>Biting Jabs. What AoE spells does DK have? maybe im missing something

Talons isn't exactly an AoE, but it does damage and roots enemies within 8m, as well as applying a DoT or reducing the damage done by those enemies depending on the morph. It's not as good as Biting Jabs for an AoE DPS build, but I'd consider the crowd control of the root to make it more valuable for an AoE tank build.

The Volatile Armour morph of Spiked Armour also does AoE damage on activation, while providing you with a buff to help your survivability.

The Standard of Might morph of Dragonknight Standard is basically designed for an AoE tank, because it does a lot of damage in an AoE, it reduces enemy healing, allies can activate a root & damage synergy, and it reduces the damage done by enemies within it, while increasing the damage you do to them.

Take those 2 skills & 1 ultimate, use a destro staff for Impulse, and Inner Fire from the Undaunted skill line for your taunt (or use Puncture from the Sword & Shield skill line, swapping to that weapon set when you want to taunt, and back to destro staff for when you want to use Impulse), along with Dragon Blood (whichever morph you prefer) for a self-heal, and you've got a pretty darn good AoE tank.

BloodStorm

Dragonknight Nord is a easy SPIN TO WIN build. Choking talons + Whirling blades + quik cloak + green dragon blood is amazing. Choking talons procs the Duel wield passive ruffian which adds 15% damage to immobilized enemies. So now you take 15% less damage and do 15% more. I start a fight with 2 hander for rally which adds 20% damage buff and heals you every few seconds. Nord racial gives another 6% damage reduction. So as you can see you pre buff a fight with rally and quik cloak. Run in use Choking talons then Whirling blades spam. You get 35% increased damage and take 21% less and quik cloak reduces Aoe damage taken by another 20% while damaging enemies with a blade aura. You can replace cloak with medium armor ability elude\ shuffle morph for great dodge chance. Dragons blood adds more stam regen if need\ heal. This build can solo anything easy pve wise. It is faceroll in AoE dungeon fights also. This build is the true Bladestorm build in my opinion. I play as a Vampire as well for the ultimate aoe and heal. Dragon leap sorb morph is better for tanky starts in fights but I like vampires, haha .
