HTTP request failed: Update server down?

On two computers for family members who have not played in a bit I am getting the HTTP request failed error when trying to update their game to 2.0.5 at 4%, but on two computers that were already updated no problems. I have tried running as admin, disable firewall, etc. no luck.
Anyone know if the update servers are down or have any ideas on how to get these two machines updated?
