I would assume not, since Xbox Live has Home Gold Sharing. From Xbox Support: When you buy one Xbox Live Gold membership, multiple people can enjoy the best benefits of Xbox Live Gold on your Xbox One at no additional charge. So while you will most likely need two Xbox Live accounts, you'll only need one Gold.Still want to know how 2 account copies will work on one Xbox ? Will it require multiple live gold accounts? Etc.

After looking back several pages in multiple forum categories, there are some questions / concerns I hope can be addressed.-Yes but it depends on who's running each. Xbox offers rented servers while Playstation does not
- Characters will be copied. Inventories and bank contents will be copied. Will the contents of an owned guild bank, or listings in a guild store be copied / returned to inventory? Or will they be "lost" during transfer?
-no guild copying occurs on any level- While the email states one can check their copy progress, will there be any sort of notification when one's character will be copied? Whether by date or by advanced notification, e.g. "Your account is slated for transfer / copy this week (or today, tomorrow, next Morndas...) I would hate to continue to play, and rank from VR7 to VR10, for example, only to discover that my character on Xbox is VR7 6 weeks later.
-You will get a code via email first....next you will need to input the Xbox one profile in the account link section under your account and select to copy. They will let you know when it's done...in this section and/or via email.- Will traits currently being researched be lost? Or will they simply be researching as they were at the time of the copy?
-it's a copy so whatever you have you keep. Whatever is pending will prob still be pending as its a copy....similar to a PTS copy- In reference to an owned guild again, will your guild be copied to the new servers? Or will you have to set it up again?
-no guild is copied in any way shape or form- Will skill, attribute, and champion points be reset as they were with the update? Or will they remain allocated where they are upon copy?
-it's a copy so unless an update occurs your stats will remain as allocated- I have seen posts alluding that one's crowns will not be copied. But will a paid ESO Plus subscription be applied to your console version? It would seem if not, it would be pretty disingenuous of ZeniMoney.
-crowns do not transfer. ESO plus does not transfer and this doesn't count as buying the game for 500 crowns
The PC cannot apply to console unless ZOS were to send the respective console the prior payments but because you can transfer to both, you cannot- Will players who prepurchase for console have any sort of early access to the game, whether in the form of a limited time period of gameplay (similar to EA Access, etc.) or will it be flat midnight release date?
-No, it releases when it releases in your region- What happened to news on the purported console beta(s)?
-if you signed up last year you'll be considered but it was delayed. More information will be provided by ZOS in April 2015- Will account access remain as a User name and password combo, or will logging in on your Xbox Live / PSN account be the only validation required?
-you're copying PC info to console. The log in for PC will not apply to console as you're no longer using PC info (the account will remain independent after the copy forever)- Will pc to console transfers receive any sort of "exclusive" bonus or item? I use quotes because exclusive seems to just mean texture variations in pets / mounts, etc.
-No- Will there be any text-based chat system implemented with console, or is it expected that one should use voice chat systems provided by the respective console? I bet RP nerds fans are on the edge of their seats on this.
-As of now, it's voice chat (more info to come )- What of emotes?
-No info but this should be in the UI like other MMO's on consoles- Will achievements be copied with characters? If I have, say, completed the main quest, or the Alliance pve quests, crafting, etc. will I received eleventy bajillion achievements / points / trophies upon logging into my character on console?
-NO as achievements must be achieved while playing on the console. PC achievements differ from console- Will console servers be subject to weekly maintenance downtimes?
I'm sure that shortly after I post this, I will think of more questions I should have mentioned. But these are an excellent start. Thanks for your consideration.

Home Gold allows you to share your Gold membership with all accounts on one console, so theoretically if Player A has the Gold Membership applied to Console A, Player B can play using that Home Gold share on Console A, while Player A logs into their account and uses their Gold membership on Console B.Even if you have two live accounts - you have one gold, so only one person will be able to play at the same time on the console.
