Those two PVP Sorcs and their builds

Hi all,

So these past few nights I've been getting increasingly curious of how two not-to-be-named Sorcs build their characters. If anyone is unfamiliar with these guys, they are two sorc players who seem to take next to 0 damage from all attacks against them.

Now I'm aware that there are a lot of theories floating around; from exploits to hacking to simply a very smart build.

For the sake of avoiding conspiracy, and due to the fact that they are not yet banned, I am going to assume that their builds are intended.

With that said, I'm looking for any data regarding their setups. Last night, I had them kill me a few times to get some numbers for their damage and damage reduction. It appears one of them takes around 90% damage reduced and even more when under 50% health. The other is slightly squishier.

They are both vampires and seem to use a standard sorc PVP setup: shield stacking, boundless storm, crystal frags, etc.

So far, my best guess is their damage reduction comes from a combination of stacking armor and spell resist in addition to the vampire passive Undeath.

Okay ESO forums- shoot. Let's hear your experiences with them. Anything from numbers, to race or skills used will help. Let's figure out how it's done!

Yes they are sad cheaters who use shield stacking and un death and sometimes mist form and shield mitigating all damage I have hit b with siege and did 238 damage yes 238 from siege and 6700 to the other people next to him? Combat log is my source. I am very happy they both suck as players though. Cannot believe they are allowed to continue to play.

Those two individuals are well known exploiters in the community, but Zenimax does not seem to mind people exploiting.

ZOS would rather ignore bugs/balance issues than fix them because programming is hard and scary. But if you make a youtube video about it, it magically gets fixed.

Either they are using uber H4X, (the external program, you should be banned then stabbed with a rusty spoon type), or they just figured out a clever mix of gear and abilities and we can start more nerf threads. We love nerf threads.

Props to the OP for posting a sensible thread about these mysteriously hard-to-kill players. Every other thread I've seen on this topic descends quickly into a lot of hysterical posts about "exploiting", but nobody ever offers any proof that what these guys are doing is an exploit.

I recently converted my Sorc to a Vamp so I could test out Mist Form in combination with other effects, but I haven't figured out their secret.... yet!
