We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the European console megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available.
In regards to those changes
Some things that you may want to add ZOS
1. Buff PvP anchors/Dolmens to v14 and maybe a little higher, Add tougher and higher lvl Daedra as well.
2. Celestial Rifts to PvP
3. More random encounters to PvP
