Crazy 210 errors and tedium

I play with no problems, I come back later in the day and I get a 210 error in the launcher. The launcher now wont let me play and shows a repair button, I close it and restart and it comes back 210, I close it, restart and it says now play. I play for a while and I get 2 or 3 stacked 210 errors in the launcher. This is crazy stuff for a game in production and a killer for people who don't have a high tolerance for random serious errors that block you from playing.
I'm back after 3 months break and my feedback is this is still the best game out there for in game detail, graphics, immersion, but Cadwell's content post 50 is just so slow and tedious. In a month of solo questing in Stonefields and Deshaan playing most nights I have leveled from veteran level 7.2 to 7.8. Even though I am a bit of a gaming masochist, I cant imagine actually making it to 14. There must be some interesting content out there somewhere, or if the new content is only for VR14s, please advise how I can get there in under 10 months. I realize there is dungeon content and PVP modes as well but playing a sorcerer at low VR, I found I was either unwelcome as a class in group content or a 1 hit cannon fodder Cyrodiil.
(I also wont mention tedium in managing the bank and the trying to level enchanting)
