Error 210 ONLY when launching as a NON-Steam game

Going to be making a ticket to support about this, but for those of you who have been getting this error through Steam but don't actually have a Steam copy of it, try launching the game outside of it. Works every time for me, but if I try to launch as a non-Steam game, breaks every time.

thejadefalcon✭✭✭✭✭Worst comes to worst and you bypass Steam and it *still* breaks, deleting the ProgramData folder from the Launcher section of your install will fix it after a couple of times. Go through Steam though and you're fighting a battle you can't seem to win.0
