Once purchased, mounts will become available in the Collections UI for all characters on your account to access.
It works at the account level for all mounts.0 -

Once purchased, mounts will become available in the Collections UI for all characters on your account to access.
It works at the account level for all mounts.
Collections are actually server wide, not account wide. If you unlock something on EU server it won't be on NA server.
