Iago✭✭✭✭✭They work awesome in PvE as the Unstable Clanfear tanks really well and the twillight Matriarch will keep you healed. Using both will allow you to solo almost anything.

Valymer✭✭✭✭✭I'm currently using Restoring Twilight in vet dungeons and it's working well for me. Sometimes when the tank sucks I will swap it out for clannfear just to try to stay alive longer0 -
pugyourself✭✭✭✭They are your only reliable source of heals. Clannfear is nice bc it's a 40% heal on unsummons. But it's hard rolling with two pets and inner light. Leaves you with two slots per bar, one of which probably needs to be Daedric Prey (curse morph). So one non-pet slot.0
