Have you also noticed that (at lest for staff) some heavy attack dont hit enemy? When I'm doing very very short HA (medium attack) fire balls coming out of my staff but they are not dealing any damage. Hp is not droping FTC nor any other combat analyser is not showing that i have hit. Try yourself you have to cast less then 200ms. Also I got 150 ping maybe that is cousing the problem. Need your opinions.
