I ran across a thread on the reddit ESO forum regarding players sending other players items in the mail with huge COD fees. Reference: http://reddit.com/r/elderscrollsonline/
Anyway, I just wanted to help spread the word to make sure that no one accidentally takes such an item and ends up paying a fee for it they weren't expecting to.
If you get something in your mailbox and it isn't from a hireling or someone you trust, double check the COD fee before you accept it.
