Game cannot launch

When I click play inside the launcher, it is greyed out for a few seconds, and then nothing happens.
It was working fine yesterday.
What can I do?
EDIT:
I was stupid enough to "check the integrity of cache"of the game in Steam.
NOW it seems Steam deleted ALL the game files and start downloading again.
Except I only have a 185 KB/s connection and it took me more than a week just to download the basic game, without the countless patches.
I AM SO ANGRY AT STEAM, ZO AND MYSELF!!!!!!!! OH, AND My ISP
