JOINING:
Those seeking admittance into Exidia must first complete a brief application on our website. Applicants who appear to possess the qualities and demeanor we are looking for will be contacted both via PM within our forums and in-game giving the applicant the chance to voice any questions he or she may have regarding the guild and its expectations for ESO while also allowing our recruiter to verify the applicant would indeed be a good match for the team.
Once an applicant passes the interview, he or she will be invited to join the guild as a recruit. Trial status lasts until we believe the player is at the correct standard we strive for in order to achieve success and can end at any point via the discretion of an officer. This period typically commences when a player is able to consistently participate in guild activities.

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must possess a working headset (Voice comms is key to the succession of an end game raiding guild!)
Must value team play and community
