Crown Store Costume

Is anyone having issues of the costume 'removing' itself, and only the store costumes? (quest costumes work fine)
My Breton Sorc. logs on with one on or zones then places a ground effect spell (like Volcanic Rune, or Liquid Lightning) the costume is gone. But the UI shows I am still wearing it. It is simple to correct, deactivate it, then reactivate, and it reappears. But the costume remains visible as long as I do not zone into a new area, dungeon, etc.
