PvP Lag cancer spread in PvE

These days lag are very common in ESO, doesn't matter I play in Cyrodil or some PvE dungeon, Lag everywhere. A couple of day before our FPS goes to 0 in PvP and this FPS & Lag issue made everyone immortal.
Last night we encounter server freeze and 18k massive ping in AA. Can someone from ZOS address this issue or still investigating this issue like 8 month before. Video is below:
