✭✭✭✭✭Did you get an email telling you that your senche was coming? If you did, the email told you that it would be available in your collection within the next couple of days, but it should already be there.
If you got the email, but it's not in your collection, contact CS.
If you didn't get the email, then they may not think you're eligible to get the senche. Still contact CS, but mention that you didn't get the email.
